We are sincerely sorry for any problems you may be experiencing in respect of renewing your membership and the Find a Mediator facility.

Our website has been redesigned fairly recently as you will be aware but we have found that there are errors, especially in respect of membership renewals, where the site is simply not working properly and there have also been recent technical changes by PayPal which has caused further integration difficulties. 

Unfortunately, some of the issues were not readily obvious but when incidents occur please bring it to our attention, so that we can take action – thank you for informing us.

We are working hard with our IT contractors to try and rectify all matters though it may take some time, especially with Covid.

Please don’t hesitate to call us should you have a problem and we will aim to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
